How to Dress for Your Workout

Our tips for getting motivated to workout isn’t to take the most intensive spinning class, but it’s getting dressed for it! This week we’re showing you how to dress for your workout, whether it’s going on a hike, practicing yoga, or hitting the pavement.

For Yoga

Keep things simple, but incorporate some color to add some pep into your look. A cami with a built in bra is great for low impact workouts, and an added shrug looks great for going to and from class.

For a Hike

Switch out your tired sweatpants for shorts, a t-shirt, and bright shoes for a look that’s more put together in case you run into a hottie on your hike.

For a Run

It’s easy to throw on an all black outfit when you’re working out, but have some fun with colors and prints! It will not only have you feeling pumped up for your run, but also make you stand out from the rest of the crowd (in a good way). Cropped pants are a good in-between from leggings and shorts, and a good supportive sports bra is key to running in style.

If the idea of a 60-minute Bikram yoga class doesn’t get you pumped up, then getting dressed for it in cute workout clothes will at least get you moving. To see how LookMazing gets ready for yoga, check out our GRWM for Yoga Video:
